INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
For international orders, you will be presented with shipping options at checkout. Select the shipping method that best meets your needs. Since shipping fees are calculated based on a number of factors (including, without limitation, the desired shipping method and speed, the contents of and number of items in your order, the weight of the items in your order and the location to which the order is shipping), shipping charges can only be provided once you begin the checkout process. Unfortunately, we cannot offer free shipping to international destinations. Please Note: Shipping windows are estimates and delivery dates cannot be guaranteed. You will be given estimated delivery days at the time of checkout based on your selected destination country and the shipping methods available for the items in your shopping cart.
What is your shipping policy?
SHIPPING POLICY
1. We process orders on business days which are Monday through Friday, and exclude holidays observed by the Post Office
2. Unless specified otherwise all orders are mailed via USPS with Delivery Confirmation.
4. You will be notified of your order status via email.
5. Make sure you provide the correct address at checkout because we are not responsible if your order gets delivered to the wrong address

What is your exchange/return policy?
EXCHANGE/RETURN POLICY
We do not exchange or refund items unless an item is damaged. This is when the item is:
- significantly different from the description or sample shown to you;
- damaged due to the fault of our or the carrier;
- not what you ordered;
2. Contact us prior to returning items. A copy of original invoice and a description of the item’s problem should be included.
3. Upon authorization customer should then ship the exchange/return item(s) using delivery tracking to avoid unnecessary delay.
Where do you ship?
INSTITUTIONAL ORDERING POLICY
1. Please include the committed/legal name, inmate ID number and address of the person to whom the items should be sent.
2. Please check with the inmate/institution before placing order for hardback covers and non-book items to verify permission to receive item(s). Shipping & Handling is not refunded in case of a return of the order if we are not at fault and a new Shipping & Handling will be required for reshipping.
