How often do you see bookstores selling all kinds of publications without any regard to their contents? Offering books that contain fabricated ahadeeth, innovations and false ideologies? Listing titles from Ahlus-Sunnah (The People of the Sunnah) mixed in with titles from Ahlul-Bid’ah (The People of Innovation) in a way that the average Muslim is unable to distinguish between the two!

Some places boldly advertise the statement: “We do not endorse or promote the views of any specific group or individuals whoses books or products are listed”.

Well here at Ibrahim Books we endorse and promote the Qur’an and the Sunnah according to the methodology of the Salaf us-Sālih (Righteous Predecessors) and we promote taking our understanding of Islam from the reliable scholars who hold firm to the Book of Allah and the Sunnah of His Messenger.

We live during a time where there are numerous organizations, websites and authors who put themselves forth as representing Islam. Thus, Ibrahim Books is committed to distinguishing the noble Sunnah of the Prophet Muhammad, and its people from the innovations brought into the religion and the people who are supporters of such innovations.

The foundation of our commitment is the principle transmitted by Muhammad Ibn Sireen (d. 115H) who said: “Verily, this knowledge is your religion, so look to whom you take your religion from”. [Imam Muslim brings it in his Sahih with two routes 1/14]

Thus the staff has put a great deal of toil and effort into researching the authenticity of the publications we offer before we places them on our shelves. The goal is to be a source where the average Muslim can peruse the titles and learn about Islam without encountering falsehood, bi’idhnillah
